This is a home-based business built with love, time, and dedication over 7 years to provide you with the care you deserve. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, positive space where you can relax and feel cared for. When you leave, I want you to look and feel your absolute best. Payment Privacy A valid credit card and a non-refundable deposit fee of $50 is required to hold your appointment and will be charged in the event of late cancellation or a no show. All payments must be made with a credit/debit card or cash. Checks of any kind are not accepted. Cash Gratuities are customary and very much appreciated by your lash artist. Friendly reminder: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding! (Note: If you are currently wearing extensions from another salon, please book a removal with your appointment.) Late Policy Arrivals 10 minutes late may result in a $25 fee and a shortened appointment. Arrivals 20 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and rescheduled, and you will be charged as a no-show. So to make the most out of your allocated appointment time and to ensure your lashes look as amazing as possible, it is appreciated to arrive on time and most importantly without any eye make-up. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered late Cancellations. Note: If your appointment is cancelled through our online booking system, you should receive a refund and a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive an email your appointment is not cancelled in the system and you will be charged. These policies are strictly enforced. No-Show Policy No-shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged 100% of the service total. Repeated no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total before booking any future appointments. Change of Service If at the time of your appointment, you decide to change your service to one that is shorter in time, you may be charged a Change of Service fee of $25. This fee is for the allotted time that is lost that could have been an appointment for another client. Parent/Guardian Consent Ci Her Lashes minimum age of service is 14. Parental consent is needed for anyone persons under the age of 18 and parents/guardians must remain with the underage client for the duration of the service. Cell Phone Policy I kindly ask the cell phone are place in the silent or airplane mode to maintain the restful nature of your service. Eyes are closed during all services and you will be able unable to use or answer phone calls. Please make plans accordingly. Guest/Children Policy To maintain a safe, calm, and focused environment, no guests or children are allowed in the treatment room during appointments. Eyelash extensions require full concentration, and I kindly ask that there are no distractions during your service. Please note I am unable to supervise guests or children and cannot be held responsible for their care during appointments. I also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if guests or children are present and unsupervised, in which case the cancellation policy may apply. After Hour appointments Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $40 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment. NO TALKING RULE Once your lash application begins, you’re welcome to relax and even take a nap. Why? Talking causes small movements that can affect precision, allows fumes to enter the eyes, and may cause tearing which can impact retention and extend your appointment time. The 72hr Policy If you are not satisfied with your lashes, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will address most concerns at no charge within this timeframe, provided proper aftercare instructions were followed. After 72 hours, any adjustments or follow-ups will incur a fee. Refund Policy Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client and staff’s behalf. I will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. I am unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Makeup Removal Policy Please arrive with clean eyes, free of all eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, and waterproof products. Avoid curling your lashes or using oil-based makeup removers prior to your appointment, as residue may affect retention. If makeup removal is required, a $10 fee will apply and will be deducted from your appointment time. Right to Refuse Service For the safety and comfort of everyone, i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displays inappropriate behavior towards me, or poses any threat to my business or environment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved especially for you ☺️ Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. If you choose to book another appointment after a last minute cancellation or No Show, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment date and time. The cancellation fee is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will forfeit your $50 deposit fee for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
