Privacy A credit card and a deposit fee of $50 is required to hold your appointment and will be charged in the event of late cancellation or a no show. All payments must be made to with a credit/debit card or cash. Checks of any kind are not accepted. Cash Gratuities are customary and very much appreciated by your lash artist. Friendly reminder: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Thank you for your understanding! (Note: If you are currently wearing extensions from another salon, please book a removal with your appointment.) ***Gift cards are non-refundable Late Policy Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service will require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience the client booked directly after you. So to make the most out of your allocated appointment time and to ensure your lashes look as amazing as possible, it is appreciated to arrive on time and most importantly without any eye make-up. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged as a no-show. So as not to inconvenience the client booked directly after you. No-Show Policy A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered Late Cancellations. 1st No show – $25 Fee 2nd No show – Fee $50 prior to appointment 3rd No Show – Full payment of service will be required at time of booking Change of Service If at the time of your appointment, you decide to change your service to one that is shorter in time, you may be charged a Change of Service fee of $25. This fee is for the allotted time that is lost that could have been an appointment for another client. Policies and Procedures Ci Her Lashes minimum age of service is 14. Parental consent is needed for anyone persons under the age of 18 and parents/guardians must remain with the underage client for the duration of the service. Cell Phone Policy We kindly ask the cell phone are place in the silent or airplane mode to maintain the restful nature of our salon. Eyes are closed during all services and you will be able unable to use or answer phone calls. Please make plans accordingly. Children Policy Please, no children in the treatment rooms. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect. No extra guest or they will be asked to wait in the car or your appointment may be rescheduled. Note: If your appointment is cancelled through our online booking system, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive an email your appointment is not cancelled in the system and you will be charged. These policies are strictly enforced. Squeeze-ins Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash reservation during my normal business hours. Reservations may be available UPON REQUEST ONLY for an additional $20 fee, Please contact me directly. After Hour appointments Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $40 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment. NO TALKING RULE Once application starts you may take a nap. WHY? Talking creates small movements, wiggles, and allows fumes to escape into your eyes. Tearing eyes will ruin your service and will extend your time longer! Complimentary touch-ups If by any reason, you are not happy with your lashes, please contact the salon no later than 72 hours after your appointment so we can rectify that for you. We can address most issues at no charge within 72 hours of your appointment, provided that you have followed proper after-care instructions. Any service follow-ups after the 72 hours window will incur a charge. Refund Policy Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client and staff’s behalf. Ci Her Lashes will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Makeup Removal Charge: Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. If at all possible, avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner. There is a $10 fee if our technician has to remove eye makeup, and it will be considered part of your allotted appointment time. Right to refuse service Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved especially for you… Cancellation Policy Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. If you choose to book another appointment after a last minute cancellation or No Show, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment date and time. The cancellation fee is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will forfeit your $50 deposit fee for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
